They took my car right away. It needed a new alternator. The first alternator they ordered was faulty, which delayed the repair by one day, but they got another one as soon as they could, and made sure I had transportation in the meantime. My car is running great now!

I very, very rarely do surveys or rate my experience because once it backfired on me. But this place has given us a history of reliability & satisfaction - So but of course - What more can we say - then Excellent! - FIVE STARS!!!!!!!

Anthony was extremely helpful in advising me how to file a warranty claim and explained all work that needed to be done and provided pricing before the work was done. He was extremely patient and helpful.

This is the second vehicle that I have brought to automotive Resources. They had ordered the wrong part due to my fault but were able to get the correct part and still have the car ready and washed in the allotted time. They are my mechanics of choice even though not the closest ones to me. I fully recommend! They are nice and reasonably priced too.
