Guy was very patient with all my questions and made sure I understood the issues with my car. He offered me different options to fix the problem and gave me a generous amount of time to make a decision. So far, I have found all of the AR staff to be professional and friendly.

Very good trouble shooting. Expensive for the work done in some cases. Does not seem to be much credit for troubleshooting given that the work will be done with it. Final results are excellent however.
