Amazing customer service! Great prices, very professional workmanship!

WE had a problem over the weekend, we are not from Santa Fe so the tow truck dropped our car off at Automotive Resources. We couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Anthony Vigil and the mechanic took time to explain the process, what they found. They even directed us to an awesome breakfast place to wait. Highly recommend.

I've been going to Automotive Resources for a couple of years at the recommendation of my neighbor. They're very thorough and professional and I like the fact that they tell you in advance to keep an eye on items such as brake pad replacements and provide an estimate.

I would like to be able to rate this shop. I need new parts and service but when I call to schedule or order parts I am hung up on or the phone rings and then is disconnected . How can a business be of any service if they do not answer call

At first I was really pleased when I contacted Automotive Resources, as they are very friendly and professional. But after having the truck I bought after they did a full pre-sale inspection...I would not recommend this shop to anyone. They inspected the most simple parts of the truck leading me to believe there was nothing wrong with the truck. Let's just say a little more work on their end would have saved me over a thousand dollars.

We feel that Automotive Resources is out for the money to a degree that is a detriment to their customers. They charge high prices for parts and materials and then disavow any responsibility for their work if the customer supplies any parts. It appears that the moral to the story is; decide if you want Automotive Resources to do the work, regardless of the price they charge for parts and materials, or take you vehicle elsewhere. Mitigating their high parts and material prices by supplying third party items will result in Automotive Resources taking no responsibility for their work.

RECOMMENDED my car broke down before Xmas and Tom and crew were professional, courteous and went the extra mile to fix my car and get me back to Denver. Anthony in the office was helpful and mechanic Alden was such a pro. Many thanks
