After many years of not having a reliable mechanic, I am so happy to have tried Automotive Resources. They are thorough, courteous and so willing to explain everything. We will definitely continue to use them as our mechanic.

Anthony was very welcoming and explained in detail what my truck needed, went over the inspection results and provided me with a list of what needed to be done along with estimates of the cost for each item. Tom Hitch has been taking care of my 1993 BMW for the past twelve or thirteen years. It has had major work (transmission) and minor work, along with general maintenance. It has always been a pleasurable experience to go to Tom's shop. That may sound strange when talking about paying money to have a car fixed. But I always felt I was getting a clear explanation of the problem, and have always been happy with the work, with the way I was treated and the speedy accommodation, free rides to and from the shop, cheerful smiles. I doubt I would still own that car if not for Tom and his good crew.
