I have used them for 10 years. Great service, and reasonable prices for repairs. Service employees are always friendly, and go out of their way to explain details of repair.

I'd like to take this opportunity recommend this outstanding auto repair shop. I unexpectedly broke down outside of Santa Fe and called them to see if they could diagnose the problem asap and they said no problem, that someone would be there whenever I arrived...I was towed there and they acommodated me right away, found the issue and got on ordering parts. While I waited they gave me a ride down to Trader Joe's, yay! Unfortunately my part took overnight to get and as I was from out of town they gave me a ride to the store and a local hotel to stay, rescheduled other jobs to get me back on the road as quickly as possible, installed the parts by noon the next day and picked me up. I was treated with utter respect, courtesy, professionalism and friendliness by ALL of the owners and employees and the best was made out of a bad situation!! Thumbs up, thanks guys!!!

Friendly and flexible. The price felt a little high for the labor, but they definitely seemed like they knew what they were doing. I would probably use them again.

This is a great place to take my car. The people are kind. The repairs are done well and they stand by their work. Having a driver take me home and pick me up makes servicing my car much easier.

Customer service is very good. My car was serviced and even washed. I had alot of work done and so far everything seems fine. It just always seems expensive though I do trust Tom and his staff.

These guys are great to deal with, they are honest and do all they can to save you money, have used them in the past and will for sure use them again.

We had an amazing experience with the fine folks at Automotive Resources. We were stranded in Santa Fe with a broken car. They took us in right away, found the problem and gave us their recommendation in a timely manner. We had to get a rental and leave our car, due to the parts taking a week to come in. Jack kept us apprised of how the repair were going, he was in touch with the company that did a bad service which caused our whole problem, keeping us both up to date as the repairs progressed. I can not say enough good things about Jack and Tom. They are honest, friendly and very helpful. They helped us get through a very stressful experience. I appreciate all they did for us, and would highly recommend them.

With a great approach to car repair the staff of Automotive Resources are a team of incredibly hard working people. Repair shops can be a challenging experience, but not so here. The Automotive team stands out for manners, knowledge, and reliability, and looking around in the shop one starts to realize that they can go to work on any model and make of cars that have ever been made. Best of all are the results that are delivered as promised and on time.. This is a civilized environment, that brings a different type of intelligence to car mechanics,.
