Excellent. Jeep Dealership said 4 months in queue these guys got me in and out. I’ve always do better with “mom and pop” shops and like to give to small businesses. Just fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t use pressure to fix stuff that wasn’t broke.

My appointment went without a hitch. Staff are supremely capable, kind, and excellent communicators. Is my old car safe to drive? is a concern I have with a 20-yr old vehicle. Went to AR with a perplexing problem of a battery on my 2017 Outback draining at a high rate as measured with my ammeter. They listened carefully, took notes and gave it to a technician who with words and pictures of his own readings was able to explain how the numbers I recorded were high simply because I did not know that the electronics of today's cars need at least a few minutes to shut down with the various information that needs to be stored. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all that I spoke with and as a bonus got a 10% discount with my AAA membership. I highly recommend AR for those who own Subaru's and are looking for great service at reasonable cost.

We were on a road trip from California to Colorado and as we passed through Sante Fe on 22 Dec our truck died and would not start. After getting a tow to Automotive Resources we were greeted with a highly professional and caring team that were empathetic to our situation. They took us under their wing and did everything possible to identify the issue (failed fuel lift pump), order the part, and install it the next morning so we could get on our way before Christmas. This team went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, not only with the repairs but also for our family. They kept us informed every step of the repair, they provided us transportation to and from a motel so we didn't need to pay for a ride, and they even helped position the trailer we were towing by blocking it in to the corner of their lot to secure it for the night.
