Hi Cheryl, I understand that your car began leaking oil shortly after the repair we made and that is definitely not an ideal situation. After getting the car back in, we discovered a failed o-ring that was pre-installed on the filter housing we replaced. Unfortunately this failure was not evident when running the engine after the repair, or during the test drive before it was delivered to you. We've replaced the entire unit under warranty, and I hope this is to your satisfaction and you'll consider revising your rating of our shop. I know this was a hassle for you, and believe me it is not ideal for us either, but in the rare instance we need to provide warranty repairs we do our best to prioritize them and make things right with our customers. Again, I'm sorry the failed part was not something that was immediately apparent and you had to return, and I hope you'll revisit your rating based on how we handled the follow up visit.
