Have needed car help on short notice three times during the last two months. The folks at Automotive Resources were very respectful, were able to fit me into their busy schedule, gave an estimate of the work needing to be done prior to doing it, provided transportation when needed and more. Automotive Resources was recommended by the trusted automotive repair shop in my home town and they have been great to work with. Will recommend Automotive Resources to anyone who asks.

We were on a road trip from California to Colorado and as we passed through Sante Fe on 22 Dec our truck died and would not start. After getting a tow to Automotive Resources we were greeted with a highly professional and caring team that were empathetic to our situation. They took us under their wing and did everything possible to identify the issue (failed fuel lift pump), order the part, and install it the next morning so we could get on our way before Christmas. This team went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, not only with the repairs but also for our family. They kept us informed every step of the repair, they provided us transportation to and from a motel so we didn't need to pay for a ride, and they even helped position the trailer we were towing by blocking it in to the corner of their lot to secure it for the night. I couldn't have asked for a better team than this crew of professionals. I highly recommend Automotive Resources for anyone's auto repairs...they will not let you down. Extensive rodent damage older vehicle parts are sparse. It was a difficult repair but they persevered and got everything repaired and up and running. Matt is a great guy to deal with. Highly recommend

As always, this team of car mechanics is "on it" every day, and they carefully document everything they have done, as well as what they anticipate a car needs in deferred maintenance over the next six months to a year. Being the only AAA certified shop in town, they also offer a $50 discount on anything over $500 to AAA members. I just sold a Ford Tauras they did the maintenance on for the past seven years, and still got $3,000 for it because I had their maintenance records, and the car continues to run perfectly, despite being 17 years old and having 198,000 miles on it. The Tauras burned no oil and still gets close to 30 mpg. on the highway, so it was even difficult to let it go.

Automotive Resources were quick and responsive. I broke down at night got my car towed to their shop and they repaired the next day. AR guys were friendly and professional. They kept me informed of every step of the repair. I highly recommend Automotive Resources. They are a AAA recommended facility.
