His reply to you was not meant to disrespect, and in the end we completed the service in the time we quoted at the price quoted. I'm sorry if we didn't meet your expectations and couldn't honor your request to sign off on the inspection form you filled out. Even in a case like yours with a brand new car, we stand by our policy to have the ASE certified technician complete the inspection form in full and comply with the requirements set by Lyft. My radiator broke down completely in Santa Fe. Needed to find some place because Towing it to Albuquerque was going to add another $400. I pulled up these guys on a Google search. The shop is very clean and professional. Reasonably priced and very friendly. I'm very glad to have found them because I have no idea of any mechanics in Santa Fe. That can be a very scary thing but they We're very professional and got my car done in a timely manner. I came in late on Friday afternoon. But my then was kept locked up inside their garage. I didn't have to worry about theft and that was an extra boost of confidence. These guys are great! I would recommend them to anybody in town or even if someone breaks down inside of Santa Fe. You may not know where to go but you can trust these guys! And I don't say that for very many mechanics!

My Pleasureway Class B RV was making a grinding noise at 57 mph....The mechanic at Automotive Resources found a worn U joint in my drive train and a broken drive shaft suppor. My front brakes were thinning and I had a slight fuel line keak from a Rodent chewing on it that I wasnt aware of. Since it took a few days to get the parts, they allowed us stay in their lot in our RV. Which was a nice jesture After the drive shaft and brake installations were done, we drove to Nashville without any problems. We were very satisfied with their service and especially Mario who was very helpful. Dr. John L.

Okay, if you are frustrated with your car, and are looking for an excuse to sell the car instead of repair it, this is not the mechanic for you. Automotive Resources is such a competent team that, after working with them the past decade, I have not one, but two old cars with high mileage that run PERFECTLY and burn/leak no oil! That is a clunky 2001 Ford Tauras that runs so smoothly it is almost ridiculous, and especially considering it has 197,000 miles on it! Then there is my 2004 Honda Accord, which I just took to Denver last week and it averaged 30 miles per gallon, with the air conditioning on, even though it has 224,000 miles on it! So, sure I want to buy a new car now, but am having a very difficult time justifying it!
