Santa Fe Auto Repair

Had basic oil, lube, plus has several oil seals replaced on our 15 year old Jeep. They did it right and stuck (actually under) to their estimate. A job well done.

Again, A/R comes through shining. They diagnosed the issue but the after market part was defective. Once another replacement part was received they were super prompt to install. No complaint here over the many years they have serviced both my vehicles. Mario is the best in customer service as is their technician.

It was easy to get an appointments. .. I dropped the car off at 8:00AM ... They gave me a ride home . They picked me up at the end of the day . They let me know what work needed to be done . It all went smoothly . The atmosphere was very friendly despite being very busy .

I have nothing bad to say. They are honest and communicative. It was a great experience.

Super awesome service, very friendly and got back to me quickly. Gave me a quote to fix my car and apparently had some items on there that weren't exactly necessary in making my car safe to drive, so I asked what fixes were necessities and they actually told me, really it was one thing. Got it fixed by that afternoon. Nice to have zero bullshit when dealing with car fixes... especially as a woman that knows nothing of cars..

I just had an amazing experience at Automotive Resources. We were vacationing in Santa Fe and ran into car troubles. They saw us the same day and had us in and out in 30 minutes. They found an unrelated, non-urgent issue with the car and recommended that we take it to our dealership, as it should be under warranty, rather than trying to convince us to get it fixed by them. They even helped us write down the exact problem, so we know what to say when we go to the dealership. All of this, and they didn't charge us a dime. Automotive Resources approached us with kindness, honesty, and integrity.

Since we moved to Santa Fe, we have had our vehicles serviced at Automotive Resources. The service has always been excellent. All employees are professional & polite. We value & trust their knowledge on all types of repairs & maintenance of our vehicles.
