Automotive Resources just moved into my neighborhood, so I thought I would give them a try, and glad I did. The plastic parts around my gravel pan had come loose and they helped put them back together. All seems good. Mario is a great guy and very helpful. Will return for the 60,000 mile service on my 2017 VW Alltrack.

Mario was very forward and efficient with the service to my axle. This involved a warranty repair and the transaction was much easier than I expected.

This is the second time we have used Automotive Resources for a major repair on our 2008 Subaru Impreza. They are reasonable, highly efficient and trustworthy. We will continue to use them for any car repairs that are needed on our vehicles.

His reply to you was not meant to disrespect, and in the end we completed the service in the time we quoted at the price quoted. I'm sorry if we didn't meet your expectations and couldn't honor your request to sign off on the inspection form you filled out. Even in a case like yours with a brand new car, we stand by our policy to have the ASE certified technician complete the inspection form in full and comply with the requirements set by Lyft. My radiator broke down completely in Santa Fe. Needed to find some place because Towing it to Albuquerque was going to add another $400. I pulled up these guys on a Google search. The shop is very clean and professional. Reasonably priced and very friendly. I'm very glad to have found them because I have no idea of any mechanics in Santa Fe. That can be a very scary thing but they We're very professional and got my car done in a timely manner. I came in late on Friday afternoon. But my then was kept locked up inside their garage. I didn't have to worry about theft and that was an extra boost of confidence. These guys are great! I would recommend them to anybody in town or even if someone breaks down inside of Santa Fe. You may not know where to go but you can trust these guys! And I don't say that for very many mechanics!
