I have used Automotive Resources for years and have always been reliable, professional, and obliging. They did drop the ball this time and failed to let me know, despite their promise to do so, that an important part for my heater had arrived and my van was without heat for a month longer than it should have been.

I could give you an explanation but there's really no excuse for what happened, you should have been notified as soon as the replacement part arrived so we complete the repair. Excellent. Jeep Dealership said 4 months in queue these guys got me in and out. I’ve always do better with “mom and pop” shops and like to give to small businesses. Just fixed what needed to be fixed and didn’t use pressure to fix stuff that wasn’t broke.
