They did drop the ball this time and failed to let me know, despite their promise to do so, that an important part for my heater had arrived and my van was without heat for a month longer than it should have been.

Went to AR with a perplexing problem of a battery on my 2017 Outback draining at a high rate as measured with my ammeter. They listened carefully, took notes and gave it to a technician who with words and pictures of his own readings was able to explain how the numbers I recorded were high simply because I did not know that the electronics of today's cars need at least a few minutes to shut down with the various information that needs to be stored. I was very impressed with the professionalism of all that I spoke with and as a bonus got a 10% discount with my AAA membership. I highly recommend AR for those who own Subaru's and are looking for great service at reasonable cost.
