I learned more about my car in general as well as about my problem. I appreciate the courtesy, responsiveness and consideration of everyone at AR.

Just moved to Santa Fe and was referred to Automotive Resource. They answered my questions, and did some maintenance work on my Toyota. And then they washed and cleaned her up for me. They are a great group, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend AR! And they are now my go to for any automotive issues!!!!!

I'd like to take this opportunity recommend this outstanding auto repair shop. I unexpectedly broke down outside of Santa Fe and called them to see if they could diagnose the problem asap and they said no problem, that someone would be there whenever I arrived...I was towed there and they acommodated me right away, found the issue and got on ordering parts. While I waited they gave me a ride down to Trader Joe's, yay! Unfortunately my part took overnight to get and as I was from out of town they gave me a ride to the store and a local hotel to stay, rescheduled other jobs to get me back on the road as quickly as possible, installed the parts by noon the next day and picked me up. I was treated with utter respect, courtesy, professionalism and friendliness by ALL of the owners and employees and the best was made out of a bad situation!! Thumbs up, thanks guys!!!

I had then do a routine oil change only Fiat 500 which ix not served by a dealership in town and which other shops couldn't do because of the special type of filter. i have stopped in 2x since to seek advice /help/service and they have given excellent and trustworthy information each time without charge. They're quite good at explaining automotive arcana in layman's terms without being patronizing and at outlining an appropriate course of action. Ever had 3 professionals take an interest in your problem at 1 time at another shop? (I can barely get any information out of the ABQ dealership after they have had my car for 2 weeks.) Thank you Automotive Resources! These folks inspire and are deserving of customer loyalty.

My most recent experience with Automotive Resources was a good one. The company worked very hard to find a needed replacement part and have it prepared at a reasonable cost to me, while not compromising vehicle safety. The process took much longer than anticipated, but that was not A.R.'s fault - rather, the luck of the draw. As usual, communication about prices and parts was up-front and accurate.

Work seems to have been done well and car was ready on time. I really appreciate that the car was washed when returned to me. That detail is important to me.
