I have also utilized all of your "tips" ---like how to keep my floor mats where they belong and how to keep mice off of my engine!!! How funny was THAT!!!! All planned auto work is discussed with the customer prior to proceeding with repairs and it is explained carefully by Anthony or Jack. Updates while the auto is in the shop are frequent and everything is finished professionally and in a timely fashion. Definitely a top flight company. I highly recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a long term auto maintenance relationship.
