Your team is always the most professional I have ever encountered, and in addition to replacing my Honda battery this past week, which was more basic, I did not have the opportunity to thank you for the superb job on the Honda front brakes in late April, in preparation for our trip to CA. Obviously the whole front end was tightened up, as it positively affected the suspension and handling, as well as the brakes, in a manner that I had not experienced in years. Of course, the many bumps on SF roads constantly tear down the front ends of any cars, and it was a pleasant surprised to experience such a dramatic improvement. Thanks so much, and will have much more for you to do. Cannot afford a new car right now, so we will continue to work with you to ensure that our two more high mileage vehicles are in the best running shape. And I would not readily invest so much in repairs and service if it were not for the consistent improvements in performance that your team provides.
