This is the first time I have used Automotive Resources. They welcomed me as a new customer and did precisely the work I requested. Additionally, I asked them to give me a list of what service the car should have done over the next 5,000 miles. Their research was thorough and they presented me with a detailed estimate of suggested work. The only reason I did not rate them as 5 stars is the service took longer than I had been told. Otherwise, my experience was excellent.

Automotive Resourses has always been there to willingly help me with my aging Audi. I appreciate the efficient and friendly service provided. I did need to mention however that after the last repair to my car,as I put my hands on the steering wheel to drive home, I realized that the (leather) steering wheel and gear shift handle were covered with a greasy grime. Evidently the mechanic, who test drove the car after the repair did not clean his hands first. I have had trouble sucessfully getting the leather clean and it is still sticky. I just thought you should know.

Everyone with whom I have come into contact at AR has been highly trained and articulate with the information they have given me relative to my ability to make decisions about keeping my 17 year old auto going. I have the highest regard for ARs integrity and expertise.

There was a disconnect about what exactly was being done to the car. And the work took longer than I expected. But, overall, the car is running fine. I will come back.

Excellent record keeping tracking the car's history of repair work and reminding me by email when service is due. On larger repairs my car comes back vacuumed out and washed. Nice touch.

I only had to wait an hour while my car was worked on. The office staff was great, as was Shopkitty, and Tom checked an extra thing on my car in case it needed readjusting--without my having noticed it. I heard the staff discussing what part to order for another customer, and was impressed with the extent they went to doing research, locally and on the WEB, to see what was the best item to get the customer and find the best price. These people are really dedicated to doing the best work for the customer.
