I scheduled my usual OLF service and asked them to check all my fluids, belts, etc. for the summer season. And I wanted the A/C checked as it had been measured at only 60% operating level two or so years ago. They advised that they could certainly do that, and quoted the cost for that check. I approved. They transported me to my home and called when the car was finished, again picking me up and bringing me back to their shop. All the work was done and the car operates perfectly, including the A/C. Very pleased with the service.

I'd like to take this opportunity recommend this outstanding auto repair shop. I unexpectedly broke down outside of Santa Fe and called them to see if they could diagnose the problem asap and they said no problem, that someone would be there whenever I arrived...I was towed there and they acommodated me right away, found the issue and got on ordering parts. While I waited they gave me a ride down to Trader Joe's, yay! Unfortunately my part took overnight to get and as I was from out of town they gave me a ride to the store and a local hotel to stay, rescheduled other jobs to get me back on the road as quickly as possible, installed the parts by noon the next day and picked me up. I was treated with utter respect, courtesy, professionalism and friendliness by ALL of the owners and employees and the best was made out of a bad situation!! Thumbs up, thanks guys!!!

These folks did a routine oil change for me on my Fiat 500, a service that is not all that easy to find in Santa Fe as a special filter is required and there is no Fiat dealership here. I then went to them for advice on 2 other occasions and they gave me spot on information and good advice each time without charge. On one of these occasions, when I went to ask about a fluid leak, they noted a sound in the engine that they didn't like and correctly diagnosed a problem with the thrust bearings. Since my car was still under warranty, they directed me to the ABQ dealership and even looked up the number. They also wisely advised that I have the vehicle towed to avoid more damage. 3 professionals at Automotive Resources actually took an interest in my problem. I appreciated this even more 3 weeks later when the dealership was still "working" on my car. Automotive Resources inspires and deserves customer loyalty.

Honest work, attention to detail, and willingness to keep working on a problem until it's solved are all big pluses. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous and their amenities - such as the free shuttle service - are much appreciated.
