We came in on an emergency service for a vehicle and were treated very well by Matt and Mario. Worked diligently to get parts rounded up and us back on the road! Great service.

I have used Automotive Resources several times since coming to Santa Fe. They've always been very able to work with my schedule and are very transparent with what they find during routine inspections and if it is important to fix or not. They always run by any additional expenses before doing the work and I've found them to be very thorough. Highly recommend them for anyone new to the area looking for a mechanic.

Automotive Resources has exceptional customer service. I had the opportunity to work with Matt through my entire car ordeal. I pulled into Automotive Resources looking for a quick fix after a run in with a coyote on I-25 on my way to Santa Fe. I dropped off my car and they offered me a shuttle service while they inspected the damage to my vehicle. They called me within a couple of hours to inform me that my vehicle was not safe to drive (broken radiator carrier lock) and that I should call my insurance company. Automotive Resources let me leave my car with them while I sorted out my insurance claim. Matt called me to keep me up to date on every new development with my insurance claim. Matt walked through my insurance company's estimate of repairs and explained where and why the estimate would need to be supplemented. The explanation was thorough and included information like common business practices. Despite my car situation being a mess, I had such a great experience with Automotive Resources. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, honest auto repair shop.
