I am giving Automotive Resources 5 stars for multiple reasons. First, they are honest. They are straightforward about car repairs and always look for the best solution for the customer. I can't say I trust most car repair shops, but I trust these guys. It really feels like the customer comes first. Second, they are prompt and efficient. Third, as a woman car owner I have often experienced unpleasant, sometimes aggressive, behavior from (male) auto repair staff and mechanics; particularly at dealerships. I recently had big repairs on both my cars and Automotive Resources dealt with me respectfully and honestly. As long as I have a car, I will continue to take my cars to Automotive Resources. They are terrific!
