Mario was great! Helped my wife when the engine light came on and she was in a panic. He remained calm and fixed the issue quickly. Great service!

I called for a quote, received a quote. I chose not to go to them because I felt their prices were high on the quote. I was emailed by the company to do a review of them, even though I did not get any work done. I posted a review on their website, of 2.5 stars, basically saying the same thing here. 2.5 stars is fine and average. They replied explaining their prices; which is fine too. They can charge what they like, but I felt it was high so I left a 2.5 stars. Why would I leave 5 stars, why would I leave 1 star? They erased my review of them from their website. I thought maybe there is a delay of posting reviews, but it looks like someone else did a review after me and it is on the website...because it is 5 stars. If looking at reviews on their website, they seem to delete reviews that they do not like and perceive as negative, so use google reviews instead if you are looking. I am sure they do quality work and they were nice on the phone though, so I leave them 3 out of 5 stars here since 2.5 it is not an option.

We have consistently been impressed with the service and quality of care that Automotive Resources provides. They aren’t pushy and genuinely want to help people out. We trust their team and their repairs and they are our first call when something goes amiss with our vehicle. We appreciate having them as our go to mechanics and the front desk service is top notch and an enjoyable bonus.

Matt took a lot of his time to explain what they would be doing with my car and to give me an accurate estimate before I brought it in. There was even one service that he said I didn't need after taking a look at my car, so he saved me some money. I highly recommend automotive resources.
