Mario Matt and JT are some of the greatest gentlemen that walk this planet. Completely saved me from being stuck with a major lemon. I purchased a Subaru WRX STI from CarMax and a couple days later the check engine light came on. I immediately called CarMax and they told me the soonest I could take it in to the shop was in 18 days. Well after their 10 day return policy. The manager at CarMax had me call Automotive resources when I told him that I was unhappy they weren't going to look at my car before the 10 days were up. Upon calling Automotive resources I spoke with Mario and Matt and gave them the run down. They had a very full schedule but asked if I could bring the car by the shop when they opened at 8 the next day and they would squeeze it into their busy schedule. I dropped the car off and thats where Matt and Mario's excellent customer service really shines. They were so pleasant and helped me communicate the problems the car had to CarMax. JT found a severely rusted undercarriage failing ignition coils and exhaust fumes in the coolant from a leaky head gasket. And the suggested repair was to get a new engine. I was extremely impressed with how honest and informative they were. I'll be taking all my cars to them from now on. I cannot thank that team of amazing individuals enough for getting my car In so quick and providing me with all the tools I needed to get my money back from CarMax.
