I am very satisfied with the prompt & efficient service I received. I feel that staff is courteous, friendly & most importantly--knowledgeable. Exactly what is needed from the people that take care of our vehicles.

Matt at the front desk and the guys in the shop are very professional and extremely knowledgeable about what they are doing. After months and months of failed dealerships and local shop visits to fix my jeep, the guys at Automotive Resources were able diagnose the jeep, order the parts and fix the issue my jeep within 3 days. I had serious problems with my ABS, traction control and overall performance of the jeep. It’s been a week now and I have not come across any of these reoccurring issues. I will not be taking my jeep anywhere else! They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with their quality of service, honesty and work ethic.

We got stuck in New Mexico on our way home from Arizona to Colorado. We had to have our car towed to automotive resources. They were very understanding and caring and even gave us a ride to a motel. I would recommend this place to anyone

Two nights ago, I had a serpentine belt replaced by one mechanic (not here) only to ultimately find that they didn't catch a rather serious issue with the water pump. Then, the next mechanic shop (also not this one) damaged my beloved camp stove and became furious and verbally abusive when I even hinted at satisfaction. For context, the camp stove was still usable but the thing was three weeks old and a Christmas gift from a long-time friend and a thing I cook on every single day. Once I looked upon the stove (of sentimental importance) and saw dents, scratches, non-flush elements, and so forth, I didn't even know what to do. The second shop did pay for the stove, ultimately, after some light verbal abuse and random in-the-moment airing of grievances, though. I had no clue I was such a bad person until today. This is where Matt and the others at Automotive Resources come in. But first... As I leave the second shop, I notice a massive amount of rattle and noise from the rear, but I've already been told never to come back, so I look for a proper savior and find Automotive Resources. They informed me that the second shop had improperly placed one of the springs during a rear shock replacement and that it was off centered and knocking against the muffler. Not only did Automotive Resources fix my car in a matter of minutes, but they also listened to my issues intently, showed more empathy than I was used to that day, and put the cost on a AAA card, which is to say I received no bill. Excellent service! Considering my car needed repair during busy holiday season....Matt was kind enough to arrange work to be done on my car ASAP! I was stranded and not able to return to Tucson! So glad he was so considerate! Car runs great!
