I haven't used them although I have tried. I called to make an appointment and whoever answered the phone when he saw that I had spoken before (although had no work done) with someone else he couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. I tried to explain to the guy before he quickly hung up that I haven't actually brought my car in and the work I was requesting was different so it was okay with me whoever helped me and all he said was "Matt will call you back" CLICK. and I never got a call back, I doubt Matt ever got the message, so I went somewhere else.
