We are new to Santa Fe and needed a car fully inspected prior to sending it off to Los Angeles for my son in college. AR was recommended to us and we could not have been happier with the service itself but also the incredible level of communication and friendliness shown us by the entire group at this business. Especially Mario Torres, the Service Advisor. Excellent communication at all levels of our business - from initial inspection, to communicating the findings of inspection and to doing the actual work.

Mario: Thanks for your kind assistance and diagnosis. Yes, it needed to have two computer chip up-dates. One of the problems was causing the battery to be drained. Both were cleared yesterday and needless to say, I was super happy to not have to get a replacement ignition system (cost ranged from $1600-2200 if a steering lock was also needed). Cost was $438. for up-dating the chips.

Traveling from Nevada to Ohio, "Check Engine" light came on. We found Automotive Resources close to our motel. We liked their reviews so we gave them a call. Matt squeeze us in to take a look. Their service is above and beyond. They keep you updated at every point of their inspection. We figure we got lucky finding Automotive Resources.

The staff was friendly, professional, efficient and took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained the estimate, and prioritized needed repairs and future maintenance. Absolutely recommend!
