A/R took on a big-time job, which required them to dismantle the front suspension of my Lexus LS-460, install 8 new wishbone components, do a wheel alignment, and disassemble and reassemble suspension struts to replace leaking front and rear shock absorber units. They knew how to do all these somewhat involved and time-consuming jobs on this big car in a timely and professional manner. And their hourly rate was very reasonable; much lower than the dealer's rates in this area.

They were able to repair my car quickly and did a good job.

Continued to have break issues which is why I originally took my vehicle to AR to have inspected. Took to a reputable auto mechanic who diagnosed front rotors and rear drums need to be replaced. Also, complained of an oil leak which AR said didn't exist. There's a leak in the oil pan and gasket. I guess AR didn't want my business. Wish they'd said so instead of having me continue driving an unsafe car.
