Tom and his staff and mechanics have serviced my 2004 Mini Coooper for almost three years. They provide a thorough review and inspection with every issue I have had. They are very, very knowledgeable. Their prices are more than fair. They recommend ONLY what is necessary, and discuss a reasonable timetable when repairs should be made. On a personal basis, they treat you with respect and kindness and make sure you understand the suggestions they make and why they made them. This is why I feel they go "above and beyond" any other experience I have had with others in the business.

I took my Lexus in from a AAA discount card for standard oil & fluid change, plus assessment of other needed services. I was impressed with the calm, professional atmosphere and the way I was treated. I also got a detailed print out of what my car needs to have done. I will definitely be going back!
