Santa Fe Auto Repair

Would not recommend this facility, unless you want to spend money foolishly. Always trying to sell more work than what folks bring their vehicles in for. Service work is okay, but they often miss little details. Of course, they are willing to fix those for another charge. Maybe they should change the name to We Liberate Your Resources. Yeah they have been around for a while and they have loyal customers, but as P.T. Barnum once remarked, "There's a sucker born every minute." Seems some folks don't mind paying more for basic automotive repair work. Good for them, but there are better automotive repair shops in Santa Fe than this facility.

Putting me in touch with a consumer advocate at Audi resulted In a relatively speedy resolution of my problem--the failure of the transmission on a vehicle with only 28k miles. Audi agreed to pay 60 percent of the cost of a new transmission.

Great work. Mark was very helpful and accomodating. He was willing to meet me on Saturday morning so I could pick up my car. Luke is a fine young man. My car is running better than ever.

Left a memorable performance of Faust to discover my clutch had gone south. Called AAA, had the car tolled to the recommended repair shop. Arrived at the facility which was clean, efficient and friendly. Received their estimate, and promise of time to get the job done. Not only was my car ready as they promised, but it was $500.00 under the estimate. Amazing! how often do you think this happens? Kudos to the management, to their employees and to AAA for recommending this repair job. And on top of all these goodies, I had my car washed. Thank you to the management and workers. A grateful opera lover!

I brought my truck in at the last minute due to mechanical failure on the hwy, and since they are AAA approved I felt good about the experience from the start. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and concerned for my welfare being without a truck. Excellent customer service, im happy to have found a trustworthy, helpful mechanics shop. :)
