The crew at Automotive always keeps you the customer in mind every step of the way when working on your vehicle. They also take the time to explain in detail each step of the repair process, so that you will be a more attentive driver. I always have a great experience with this shop and I highly recommend them to everyone I encounter who is looking for a reliable, trustworthy place to get repairs done.

A truly customer service minded automotive establishment. I would not take my car anywhere else, including the dealer. They are professional and communicate above and beyond what is needed.

Excellent and attentive service.

We own three Hondas and Automotive Resources has maintained them all for several years. We've always been pleased with their work. They never try to sell extra service we don't need and we've always felt that we were driving reliable cars, once they checked them over. Try them out before believing the disgruntled reviews on this page. (BTW we aren't connected to AR in any way apart from being customers). The AAA discount is nice.

Been going to Automotive Resources for a number of years and like the new location a lot. Always pleased with the work and they stand by what they do. This is the only AAA approved Automotive repair place in Santa Fe. Plus, If you have an AAA card, there's a discount. If you need a ride in town, they will get you there. If they have time they'll WASH your car! Interesting foreign cars abound. A few blocks from Trader Joe's, down the road.

Would not recommend this facility, unless you want to spend money foolishly. Always trying to sell more work than what folks bring their vehicles in for. Service work is okay, but they often miss little details. Of course, they are willing to fix those for another charge. Maybe they should change the name to We Liberate Your Resources. Yeah they have been around for a while and they have loyal customers, but as P.T. Barnum once remarked, "There's a sucker born every minute." Seems some folks don't mind paying more for basic automotive repair work. Good for them, but there are better automotive repair shops in Santa Fe than this facility.
