This is such a great place to use as a mechanic because I am absolutely certain that i'm getting the best service possible. I recommend them. I get the most accurate, HONEST assessment of what work needs to be done. And then the work gets done correctly and all is well.

My Mazda Tribute suddenly would not start at 11:00 pm far from home. AAA came and I had them take it here. First thing in the morning, Anthony called. After discussing, Anthony had the fuel pump replaced in record time and back to me as I was unable to get a rent a car. I am so grateful for their care and concern.

Thank you Tom! Reasonably priced and made breaking down painless! I was on a road trip from Kansas to AZ with my boyfriend and dog when my car broke down ~100 miles from Santa Fe. AAA towed us to this shop and Tom waited for us almost an hour after closing. He gave us a ride to the hotel and even a good restaurant recommendation to go to that night. When I called at 9 am the next morning my jeep was already ready and someone came to pick us up at the hotel!

On July 11, 2013 my Subaru Outback over heated while visiting family in Santa Fe and I brought it in to your shop for repairs based on my sister-in-law’s recommendation. I was told my radiator was not functioning correctly and needed to be replaced to correct the problem so your shop replaced the radiator. At the beginning of May of this year-2015- that radiator sprung a leak & needed to be replaced. I couldn’t believe that in less than 2 years that could happen for no reason (no accident etc.).To add insult to injury my mechanic replaced that radiator with a genuine Subaru radiator (the one installed by your shop was a generic according to my mechanic) for a cost of $241.00 whereas your shop charged me $665.00. I feel that I have been seriously ripped off! I sent my original receipts & a letter explaining the situation to the shop manager a couple weeks ago & have never received any type of response. I would not recommend using this shop.

The technicians are great and I've had very positive experiences with each of them.

I have nothing but praise for AR. In my many appointments the entire staff was courteous, concerned and efficient. They go beyond the ordinary to keep my 14 year old SAAB running well. I appreciate this organization greatly.

I have used them for 10 years. Great service, and reasonable prices for repairs. Service employees are always friendly, and go out of their way to explain details of repair.

I'd like to take this opportunity recommend this outstanding auto repair shop. I unexpectedly broke down outside of Santa Fe and called them to see if they could diagnose the problem asap and they said no problem, that someone would be there whenever I arrived...I was towed there and they acommodated me right away, found the issue and got on ordering parts. While I waited they gave me a ride down to Trader Joe's, yay! Unfortunately my part took overnight to get and as I was from out of town they gave me a ride to the store and a local hotel to stay, rescheduled other jobs to get me back on the road as quickly as possible, installed the parts by noon the next day and picked me up. I was treated with utter respect, courtesy, professionalism and friendliness by ALL of the owners and employees and the best was made out of a bad situation!! Thumbs up, thanks guys!!!
