Tom Hitch has been taking care of my 1993 BMW for the past twelve or thirteen years. It has had major work (transmission) and minor work, along with general maintenance. It has always been a pleasurable experience to go to Tom's shop. That may sound strange when talking about paying money to have a car fixed. But I always felt I was getting a clear explanation of the problem, and have always been happy with the work, with the way I was treated and the speedy accommodation, free rides to and from the shop, cheerful smiles. I doubt I would still own that car if not for Tom and his good crew.
