I have been bringing my cars to this shop for many years. I always get first rate service on the vehicles. I also gain a lot of knowledge about my cars and how to keep them well maintained within a family budget. I trust this crew for all automotive needs.

Steve was able to create a diagnosis and repair my problems. I was very pleased by the professionalism and friendliness from everyone. I was able to open a loan with Synchrony to pay for the work, helped by Tom.

I'm always happy with the service I receive at Automotive Resources. This time was no different, even though I ultimately decided not to complete the repairs. Steve called me back and talked me through the pros-and-cons -- the current repairs and anticipated fees as well as what I might expect in the near future -- on my older vehicle. I trust Automotive Resources to tell it to me straight and to provide excellent, and timely, service. Thanks!

As usual, the staff at Automotive Resources were completely professional and thorough in evaluating the condition of my 2004 Honda, just as they have for my 2001 Tauras as well. Both these cars are over 160,000 miles now, so they have both required some investment, but with the help of AR, I continue to maintain these rather than investing in a new car right now. Frankly, if I had not found AR about three years ago, by now I would have traded in both of the cars, as older cars require detailed evaluation and a plan for upgrades and replacements, which AR has always provided. After the AR staff goes through the car from top to bottom, they list out short and long term maintenance and repair requirements that can be addressed over the next few months to a year. The advantage of this also is that you can evaluate more exactly when you should finally trade the car in rather than continuing to invest in replacements and repairs. With a $800 renovation this past week, the Honda now drives like a brand new vehicle, not requiring really anything significant for the next 1-2 years. Conversely, the Ford Tauras got about a $600 upgrade last year, but still needs about $1,000 in repairs in the coming year, so with 190,000 miles on it I have decided to go ahead and trade it in during 2018. Having the comprehensive list of needs from AR allows you to plan your transportation budget for the year, and not need to do so because of an emergency. They are also the only AAA shop in town, so AAA members like myself also gets discounts.

I took my 2007 Yaris in for servicing & inspection. They found I needed a rear break job & a new battery. Neither surprised me. I took the car back the next day for the break job. They were accommodating & prompt about giving me rides to & from. I will withhold the end of the story because I now have a rotating squeak coming from the rear (only audible when windows are closed) that starts at about 3mph, gets faster & louder, then becomes inaudible at about 35 mph. This squeak was not there before the new breaks. I'm going to give it time to work itself out before taking it back. I've had new noises happen after a repair before & it's just a matter of the metal heating up & wearing down a minor imperfection. To be continued .....

Solid communications. Never over cost estimates. AAA recofnized.

Anthony & Tom were always our point persons. And, once again, without failure - their service and support was beyond par. Both of my vehicles are considered my own "classics" and they help me to help them continue to not only survive but thrive. Scot E.
