Honest & Reliable... this is the first time I gone for a second quote & they actually showed me what really was & wasn't in comparison to Toyota of Santa Fe. They showed me pictures. For instance they said, I needed a Tune-up, verses Automotive Resources showed me where they lifted only one Spark plug off & the rest of them were not looked at, plus they didn't secure the Spark plug back. And on top of that my Spark plugs are made of Paltimiun. Which means they last forever. So they saved me from being taken advantage at Toyota. They possibly have inexperienced mechanics or would have made out like bandit's, with my Spark- plugs... I am very grateful for Automotive Resources.

Not the quality place I expected. They did an initial check on my truck and told me my back brakes were satisfactory, but my front brakes needed to be replaced, I needed a new idler bar, and a few other I can't recall. I took my truck elsewhere for a second opinion, and it turns out the idler bar is just fine. My back AND front brakes, however, were worn down to the drums and needed to be replaced stat. They were also able to show me all the wear and tear on my brakes and what the new parts would look like. And that was all that was wrong with my truck. I do not recommend Automotive Resources to anyone.

These guys are good!

We have taken our car there many times for a check ups and other services. The last time we asked them to check the oil because it was leaking. They told us it was fine and to just continue putting oil in it. Not too long after, the oil pumped failed and caused our engine to fail. We had to get another car because our car then needed a whole new engine. I believe this could have been prevented if they had done a more thorough inspection, especially since their services are overpriced.

Work on my truck was done promptly, with regular phone updates on progress and estimate and good, courteous communication. I'll keep coming back for service!
