This is the most honest, thorough auto service in Santa Fe. They tell you what needs done, give you a firm price and proceed with your approval. In this Coronavirus pandemic, the mechanics are separated, and then the car is wiped down with anti Bacterial material and delivered to you. I have used them for years.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They even washed the car after it was finished.

These guys were fabulous. Friendly, sympathized to our situation (we were on a spring break road trip with our kids when our car broke down) and oh so helpful! Went the extra mile to get our car fixed as quickly as possible and even stored our vehicle while we finished our vacation. Can’t say enough good things about Tom, Matt and all the staff at Automative Resources! Thank you!

I was charged for services that were not performed. When I brought my concerns to the owner/manager, he treated me like I was an idiot. Then his own mechanic confirmed that testing I had paid for was not actually performed. My vehicle was non-functional when I arrived to collect it, and the original issue which it had be brought in for was not addressed.

Took my car in for a diagnosis in October 2018 after the steering column started vibrating at low and high speeds. The salesperson told me that the rear differential had a bad leak and would have to be rebuilt immediately. They also recommended lots of other fixes that in total would have cost more than the car is worth. As I was leaving the salesperson said to “call AAA if the car breaks down” since the rear differential was empty, and that I could lose the drive train. I then took the car to a jiffy lube and the rear differential appeared to be leaking badly, but was full. I called Automotive Resources again to ask if they had filled it, and they again claimed that it was empty. Posting this as a warning to other customers.
