We got stuck in New Mexico on our way home from Arizona to Colorado. We had to have our car towed to automotive resources. They were very understanding and caring and even gave us a ride to a motel. I would recommend this place to anyone

Two nights ago, I had a serpentine belt replaced by one mechanic (not here) only to ultimately find that they didn't catch a rather serious issue with the water pump. Then, the next mechanic shop (also not this one) damaged my beloved camp stove and became furious and verbally abusive when I even hinted at satisfaction. For context, the camp stove was still usable but the thing was three weeks old and a Christmas gift from a long-time friend and a thing I cook on every single day. Once I looked upon the stove (of sentimental importance) and saw dents, scratches, non-flush elements, and so forth, I didn't even know what to do. The second shop did pay for the stove, ultimately, after some light verbal abuse and random in-the-moment airing of grievances, though. I had no clue I was such a bad person until today. This is where Matt and the others at Automotive Resources come in. But first... As I leave the second shop, I notice a massive amount of rattle and noise from the rear, but I've already been told never to come back, so I look for a proper savior and find Automotive Resources. They informed me that the second shop had improperly placed one of the springs during a rear shock replacement and that it was off centered and knocking against the muffler. Not only did Automotive Resources fix my car in a matter of minutes, but they also listened to my issues intently, showed more empathy than I was used to that day, and put the cost on a AAA card, which is to say I received no bill. I've been going to Automotive Resources for about seven years. Recently I damaged part of the under carriage and emergency brake of my car over Thanksgiving weekend. They were right there for me on Monday morning, and took care of me as well as the repair. They went out of their way to make sure that my life was minimally disrupted, and were always gracious and friendly. They are good people, and I'll stick with them.
