Excellent thorough pre-sale inspection of an old van. No prejudice against older models (AR has mechanics that can look at and diagnose a car without necessarily needing a computer). Very patient and good explanation of what was wrong. Good folks under the car and behind the desk.

Automitive Resources is a great place to have a car serviced. THe technicians are experienced and skillful. The shop provides an honest assessment of what is needed and provides a full accounting of all work done. I am always immensely satisfied with the work done by Automitive Resources people.

Tom's shop is a welcome alternative to the dealer I used for almost fifteen years. I asked Tom for an estimate for a major suspension repair and it came out a third less than what the dealer wanted. Tom explained the work to be done in detail and scheduled it for a time that was convenient for me. I needed a ride home from the shop after dropping my car off and another to pick me up to get my vehicle after doing the work. He accommodated me with minimal waiting time. His driver is friendly and efficient. Tom did the job for the estimated amount and my 2002 vehicle now rides like a much newer car. I didn't have to pay the dealer's overhead on his fancy new building and AR didn't try to sell me a bunch of services I did't really need. I will use AR in the future.
