Brought my car in for a headlight problem. Called within an hour with diagnosis and estimate for repair and other options and comparative costs. Completed the repair in another hour and a half. I'm very pleased with the customer service, pricing and prompt attention to the repairs needed.

This is the most honest, thorough auto service in Santa Fe. They tell you what needs done, give you a firm price and proceed with your approval. In this Coronavirus pandemic, the mechanics are separated, and then the car is wiped down with anti Bacterial material and delivered to you. I have used them for years.

I was charged for services that were not performed. When I brought my concerns to the owner/manager, he treated me like I was an idiot. Then his own mechanic confirmed that testing I had paid for was not actually performed. My vehicle was non-functional when I arrived to collect it, and the original issue which it had be brought in for was not addressed.
